About Us
Circles of Care is a private social service and mental health organization. Circles of Care provides child placement and related services and counseling services.
Our child placement services include foster care and adoption services as well as home study services. Our staff includes program and clinical supervision services by Masters level staff with experience in dealing with children and families. Case Managers have degrees in Human Services.
