Since the first call to enquire about foster care, Circles of Care has been wonderful, personal, and professional. Our nerves and the unknowns about foster care were met with such personal care and professional information. Both of these are such a wonderful combination! They settled all the concerns and questions we had about the foster care journey. It is one of the best teams and groups of people with a depth of experience. We feel comfortable contacting any of them, when we have a question or concern. Each of them responds quickly and makes themselves available. When we were being certified, they met with us personally because we couldn’t make the set training hours due to our work schedule. Our case manager is one of a kind! She is knowledgeable, personal, helpful, experienced, and available. We can’t say enough good things about Circles of Care. We would choose them over again and again as our licensing agency! My husband and I are coming up on our two year anniversary of starting our journey to become licensed foster parents with COC. Thankful for the guidance that Clarissa gave us through the licensing process. While getting licensed and staying licensed can be stressful and overwhelming, Clarissa makes it easier with email reminders and makes sure we are up to date. She is a kind, and friendly person to work with. Also, want to acknowledge Monica as our case manager. She’s very knowledgeable in this field and brings a very calming presence to the different emotions that foster parenting may bring. Circles of Care foster care / adoption agency has given us a blessed opportunity to foster boys from ages 2 to 18. In doing so these past 20 years has given us a Wonderful Life experience being Foster Parents to young children who only need Love, guidance and someone to listen to them. We’ve been licensed with Circles Of Care since 2019. We have had 3 sibling sets come through our home. We have been impressed with all the support we’ve received from COC! Maya is our case worker & emotional support at times, and Kirsten manages everything. They are both absolutely amazing! They are always a phone call or text away if needed.
